OVERVIEW

A small room with a piano, table and chairs. Suitable for piano lessons, meetings, interviews. We now have Wi-Fi available throughout the building, thanks to a generous grant. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access.

ROOM HIRE

The sensory room is a specially designed space that provides a calming and supportive environment using a variety of sensory equipment, such as soft lighting, tactile objects, soothing sounds, and comfortable seating. It is created to help individuals regulate their emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve focus and wellbeing. Sensory rooms can be particularly beneficial for people with autism, sensory processing difficulties, learning disabilities, or those experiencing emotional distress, offering a safe space to relax, self-regulate, and engage with their surroundings in a positive and meaningful way.

HIRE CHARGE

£15 per hour. Increasing to £22.00 from September 2022.

COMMUNITY DISCOUNT

St Andrew’s Club is a community-based youth club whose mission for over 159 years has been to enrich young lives. We do not exclude any young people for financial reasons and we welcome working with partners whose mission and ethos is similar. For those partners who provide affordable classes for everyone – enabling all young people to be able to afford to take part – we offer a discount of 10% on the advertised prices. St Andrew’s Club is at the heart of the community and we encourage others with the same ethos to work with us

MULTI-ROOM BOOKING DISCOUNT

We offer a discount of 10% on advertised prices for bookings which use three or more rooms during any one booking.
